Jeff from Clan Thompson was our speaker.  He demonstrated their Celiac SmartList software. For over ten years Clan Thompson has been researching and publishing information for people with Celiac disease. Their software and books help people to find gluten information on thousands of products. Celiac Nutritionist Melinda Dennis spoke about Hidden Gluten.

Guest speaker was Elizabeth Atkinson, author of GLEE!, speaking about her book, An Easy Guide to Gluten-Free Independence.
It focuses on helping the newly diagnosed and young adults living on their own for the first time with staying healthy on a gluten free diet.
Ginny Jawidzik of Omega Smart spoke on Nutrition in our diet.

Guest speaker was Suzanne Dunham, Herbalist & Gluten Free speaker from Maine.
Our speaker was Tom Frackiewicz.

His talk was on a guy's perspective of having Celiac Disease and shared some cooking ideas and baked bread recipes. "Celiac is no big deal if you have a strategy and a few good recipes".

Also, creator of a new CD, Henry Grover stoped by and donated his new cooking CD.

Dr Frank Hubbell was available for a Q & A session as well.
